We accept cash or check and will provide a receipt of funds paid and services provided.
Insurance Coverage
Most major insurance accepted including: Blue Cross Blue Sheild, Cigna, and Optum/United HealthGroup
Insurance companies may provide a limited number of covered therapy sessions within a certain time frame per diagnosis.
When you call to schedule a session please have your insurance card handy so that our staff can verify eligibility, benefits and any co-pays.
If you have insurance that covers therapy, you may still have a co-pay due per office visit. The co-pay is your responsibility and must be paid prior to the therapy session.
